Google Map Invisible

Hi there, I can't seem to get my map to show. I've done all the usual including uninstalling the extension and creating a standalone website just encase there was a css issue somewhere. I have also added error reporting <?php error_reporting(E_ALL);ini_set('display_errors','on'); ?>. When I open the page it displays along the bottom of the browser messages relating to contacting Google etc. I have attached the standalone website that I created where I did nothing more than create a php/HTML5 page and then added a map that I kept simple with my address to test it. Set up is Yosemite, Dreamweaver CC, Design Extender 1.2.0 and PHP 5.5.2
