action buttons at bottom of cart (Continue Shopping, Clear Cart, Update, Checkout) have disappeared

Now have restored to what we did on May 6th when we finished adding instructions and customer contact info to custom email receipt. There were four files that needed to be restored along with the cart_static. It is working properly and now I need to get my info organized so I can tell you what I need to do to change the cart display so you can help with that. I need to add several fields in 3 columns of cart: Color, Logo, and Inscription. They are additions to the double tags add to cart button.

I have added to a test page (and the cart object) but need to add to cart display:
Tag2Color
Tag2Line1 (or Tag2Inscrition)
Tag2Logo
Tag2Side2Line1 (or Tag2Side2Inscription)

Then i must decide if it is necessary or preferable to redefine those same fields which are already in this form by adding "Tag1" to them. (for example "boh_4_Tag1Color_Add" instead of "boh_4_Color_Add").
