Universal Email

I have been looking but cannot find a tutorial or post (not saying there isn't one, I just couldn't find it) regarding the ability to include variables from another table when creating emails.
I want to send a comment to a customer regarding a job. I have created a view table that ties all my fields. purchase order, customer, job, etc. I use dataassist to create my pages. Afterwards, I use the create message option but I cannot see where all my fields are binded to include in email, only the ones being updated. Any suggestions? Joe

This paragraph was added a few minutes after my original post. My problem is the fact I'm using of the fields as search criteria for my view table. I guess my question is, can I execute a select statement on a query after the insert button is pressed so I can identify additional fields. I'm sure I can figure out how to do that. But, I want to utilize webassist aids as much as possible. Suggestions? Joe
