Yes, delete that page... it clearly has issues. That code can result from running the wizard with a bad database connection. This page is certainly wrong and should be removed. Also the pages aren't usually created inside the WA_eCart folder, so that seems wrong as well.

You may want to re-run the checkout wizard on your confirm page and create a fresh copy of the pages. Make sure you have a working connection before running the wizard.
