Use existing form values in Data Bridge search/submit/email

I currently have an existing form that sends form data (via POST but can change to GET), I want to use my existing form and not have Data Bridge create it for me. I want to use this existing form to:

1. Submit the form data to a Data Bridge Created Results Page (using 3 of the form values for a query).
2. Insert the form data into a database.
3. Email the contents of the results page.

I would like all this to happen when the user clicks submit on the first form.

I assume I can do this with Data Bridge but can someone point me in the right direction, the features in Data Bridge are daunting (not a bad thing). I have been out of the loop using my Webassist tools for a while and am just now getting updated so my apologies for simple questions.
