Web charts were working but just stopped

A client announced that their web charts stopped displaying where they once were. I last saw them there a couple of weeks ago and nothing has changed on those pages. I checked the page source and the charts code is still there but show blank space where the charts once were. No errors on the pages, either.

Without seeing the pages or code does anyone have any ideas as to what would cause the charts to disappear all of a sudden? Anyone aware of changes in how browsers handle the embed code that the extension generates?

Any ideas would be helpful as I troubleshoot this one! (of course a non-Flash version of this extension would be most welcome as mobile devices take the world by storm!)

AND: when I right click where the chart should be the top of the pop up says "Movie not loaded". (Adobe Flash Player v. 17)
