Nested Query Data...

Thanks Jason!

I was able to sort it out this morning. I was trying to use the code from the old page but adapting the MySQL variables to pull MySQLi in the new page. That didn't work.

Knowing that we loop job location and time data on a single jobID (1025), I added a condition to the loop:

<?php if ($rsJobLocation->TotalRows > 0 AND $rsOpenings->getColumnVal("careerID") == 1025) { // Show if mysqli recordset not empty ?>

Then I removed the superfluous code and everything worked.

It's possible that we'll have other jobIDs that will need location and time info to loop over. If that's necessary I can create a field to id those careerID values to show that they require the loop and put that in my condition. For now this will work.

As always I value your wisdom, and if you know of a better way to do this, feel free to share!

enthusiastically,

Mark
