Do I need webassist, dataassist, or databridge to build a full shopping cart website?

I recently purchased the webassist extension because you advertised that I could build a full shopping cart with all of the features needed to do so, now after trying to use the extension I have been unable to build anything because apparently I need dataassist to do so which was not advertised when I purchased webassist, then upon doing further reading about dataassist it seems that it is now called databridge which seems like what I needed in the first place which cost $399. I am not sure what to do and what to use now because webassist seems to have all different things being advertised. So this is my question, what do tools do I need to get a full shopping cart up and running and if I need databridge to do so can I get a refund from the webassist extension so that I can purchase databridge because really I think you misrepresented yourselves in your advertising of a product that does not work without other extensions which was not mentioned in the advertisement in the first place.
