Email notifications based on field value

it's posible to do this with some hand coding.

add 2 instances of the universal email behavior to the page, the first to send email A to person A, the second to send email B to person B.

then add code around each behavior to check the values of the Guide and Awards form elements. the example assumes the form elements are named Guide and Awards, and the value being posted for each is yes:

<?php if(asset($_POST['Guide']) && $_POST['Guide'] == "Yes") { ?>
<code block for email A>
<?php } ?>
<?php if(asset($_POST['Awards']) && $_POST['Awards'] == "Yes") { ?>
<code block for email B>
<?php } ?>
