Transaction completes but does not show up on PayPal account.

Hi,

I am doing live test in preparation for launch of my online store. WebAssist eCart Checkout successfully sends items, delivery charge and purchaser contact info to PayPal credit card payment page. Continue button sends to review info page and Continue button shows processing progress icon momentarily before redirecting to my checkout-success page. URL shows path and token value: http://www.littlegeppetto.com.au/checkout_success.php?token=EC-2DU24605P8983934W&PayerID=K2CLJGVHR7GFU.

I have made a number of small test transactions between 2 - 5 cents each but none of them show up on my PayPal Account Overview/ recent activity page.

Paypal tech support advise: I checked our logs for Token you provided and I can see that you there is only SET Express Checkout API call being made and no DO Express Checkout call executed to complete actual payment.
I would advise you to get in touch with your Shopping cart provider and ask them to check why DO Express Checkout Call is not executed.

I have checked the Paypal Gateway Credentials and unchecked Sandbox and Debug mode. Can you please help?
