I have password protected a page with Security Assist but the page opens without logging in

I have password protected a page with Security Assist but the page opens without logging in or no matter which password they insert it wouldn't open./ this has bee going on for a week and can't figure it out.

The link to the contact information is at the top of the aside on the left of the Contact Page (http://test2.interprimus.com/contactPage.php) I would like to give you the password in a private area but I don't see that here.
