no, this wouldn't allow for multiple coupons to be used at the same time, that would require additional custom coding to accomplish.

The name of the discount that shows on the cart pages would be the name that is set in the cart object, to use a name that is set in the database would require custom coding to accomplish. we should be able to help implement both of those concepts in about an hour premiere support.
