Auspost Shipping Calculations

I'm just wondering how the postage is calculated if you have the "Packaging" set to "One package for the entire order"?

My client sells wallpaper rolls and they all have standard dimensions of 55cm x 8cm x 8cm and the weight is taken from the database. I have been comparing the results for shipping using ecart with the results from using the AusPost online calculator http://auspost.com.au/apps/postage-calculator.html and they are way off for multiple roll purchases but spot on for single roll purchases.
