Content Area not found

I installed the CMS on a computer at the office and it installed and works as expected. I then install the WebAssist extensions on my home computer to work at home -- now when I access the pages in Dreamweaver I get CMS Content - Content Area Not Found. Database connection tests OK, FTP is OK. But under server behaviors each of the content areas don't seem to be hooking into the connections. Would like to fix this as I spend half my time away from the office and need to work on these websites.
