MySQLi Error

I cannot because I'm behind a firewall - there is no direct access to the files from the outside of our domain. I'm listing the URL to the website in a private message and am uploading the webpage as an attachment. Please let me know ASAP what I need to do to correct this since our site's dynamic pages are currently offline because of this error.
