try changing that code to:
<?php if ((isset($_POST["CheckoutWizard_submit"]) || isset($_POST["CheckoutWizard_submit_x"])) && $_SESSION['WAVT_Tconfirmcart_Errors']=="" && !isset($_POST["forShipping"])) { ?>
yes, that code would go in the wauve_Tconfirm_1.php page.
the format for setting a cc and BCC address is not the same however.
for a CC address, it is no longer:
$CCVal ="name@domain.com";
it is now:
$WA_MailObject = WAUE_AddCC($WA_MailObject,"name@domain.com");
for a BCC address:
$WA_MailObject = WAUE_AddBCC($WA_MailObject,"name@domain.com");
so you will need to edit your code accordingly.
