Linking to product page from cart

I have product page & cart setup. Now when i m in cart with few products added. All data seems fine. As there's no RS in cart page, how can we take customer to each product when clicked.

Example:

If there are 2 products added on the cart. Product 'x' & 'y' .
When we click on x it should redirect to x product page. simple href link.

Cart.php attached

Now there is this tutorial : http://assets.webassist.com/how-tos/ecart_link_to_detail_from_cart_ht.pdf

Cool one. But i want to link them to the custom link which can be received from Product table. How can we added ProductLink column here as well in cart?
i dont want visitors to go to product-details.php?ID=8 n etc.
