eCart 6 not storing orders or order details into database

Hi Guys,

I am using eCart 6 and Dreamweaver CC

I have everything implemented ok as far as I can see, I get to the checkout_success.php but no orders or order details are being stored in the database. I am using the database recommended ( sample database )

I am not currently using a Payment Gateway as the system I am building is for quoting only.

Here is a link to check http://www.popup.internetsavvy.com.au/details.php?product_id=3 just add the product and try to check out. If you do this twice you will notice that the order numbers stays the same "1" as there are no details being stored.
