One thing you will have to do after you modify the form is to make sure to re-associate any default values for the form elements through the bindings panel.

Can anyone elaborate on this further?

If I highlight the form, then click Insert CSS Form.

Go through the Wizzard and then upload, I only see a blank page.

I then go through the insert behaviour wizzard and make sure all the values are linked as before - still just get a blank page

Then go through and delete and values for the various fields (as its an insert page there wont be any preset values) and I still get a blank page.

I'm obviously doing something wrong, but have no idea what it is!

Can't wait till DA uses the CSS Form Builder to build its forms the first time!!
