Glitch with receiving a table ID

Thanks Jason - that looks like its fixed the redirect when adding the first item of revision.

But its still not displaying the FeatureID and Project_Name fields on the Add Revision page.

For example, if you look at the WA test 2 you added, you can see test 1 listed correctly. If you click on Add Revision to add a second item, it correctly shows 704 - wa test 2 on that page.

But if you look at WA test 3 that I've added and click on Add Revision the first time, its drawing a blank there.
