Setting up Dreamweaver for Elearning database

Hi,

I have both Apache and MySQL running correctly. I have checked the startup pages for Apache and PHP.
I have changed the password for Apache and gave a login name for MYPhp and password.

While following the Database learning video, I have followed the setup for a dynamic site and have moved the Elearning directory to the correct root folder.
Its C:=XAMPP\XAMPLITE\HTDOCS\XAMPP\

So now the Elearning folder should be correctly placed.

I am on the video for PHP connection and I am trying to add the database to the WebAssitDynamic web site (Local).

I put connWA in the connection name, MySql server to local:8080 (because of the port change), user name as admin, password (my new password).

When I get to the database select I get this error.

HTTP error code 404 file not found. Here are the possible reasons for the problem.

1. There is not testing server running on server machine.
2. The test server specified for this site does not map to the MMHTTPDB.php url. Verify that the URL prefix maps to the root of the site.

I have the XAMPP control panel up and everything is running like it should. So I believe that 1 is not the problem.
I have checked to make sure all the stuff in that Elearning folder moved. I can find the file MMHTTPDB.php.

Does anybody know what is going on? Please let me know so I can understand what I am doing wrong.
