CSS Menu Writer xml file problem

CSS Menu Writer is giving me this error: "There was an error loading some of the xml files needed to generate the page." and I cannot edit or enter the interface to create or edit the menus.

I am using Design Extender 1.2.0, but this occurred on 1.1.9 as well. Since the current menus worked I did not deal with the problem for the past month, but now I need to create and update new menus.

I have installed and reinstalled Design Extender and the rest of the Super Suite extensions (latest versions), made new configuration folders, deleted the MacFileCache, and deleted presets multiple times in various order and nothing changes. I get the same error message every time I open CSS Menu Writer. The extensions seems to retain the menu contents information, but not the theme which was last built off of an Accent theme. It also does not work if I try to use a different site in Dreamweaver. I am running Dreamweaver CS6 on a Mac running 10.6.8. I've done something, but I don't know how to fix whatever it is I did. Can you help me get this fixed? Please let me know if you need more information. Thank you!
