google tool by free tools 1.11

I asked this question in another thread but it is different subject so I thought it would be better to make a new topic on the subject.

This is problem about google tool.
When I try to insert google search, it doesn't show any error but setting window is just blank (attached)
When I hit on on "insert custom search", another window opens "insert custom search and result" and nothing happen.
If I try to insert from DW insert panel it just show the blank setting window.
any solution?

Reinstalled DW, deleted configuration folder, reset work space, rebooting the computer didn't solve this.
