Trying to move a function that I did with premier support but need some help

I am moving a function to another website that I did through premier support. Not sure if this is something you can help me with but here goes.

I have a function where the client can add images to a main background for their website. I used the same function that we did (WebAssist and I) for a rotating gallery. Everything is working great with the exception of the delete image function. I am getting this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function WA_AB_generateWhereClause() in /homepages/13/d537074277/htdocs/gcs-2014/admin_cms/edit_background_image.php on line 56

I am not seeing anything different between the one that works and the one that doesn't. Here is the page: http://s537074315.onlinehome.us//gcs-2014/admin_cms/edit_background_image.php

Is this something you can help with?
