Extensions do not work in Dreamweaver 2014.1 release

Thread began 10/06/2014 9:10 pm by Ben Pleysier | Last modified 1/19/2015 10:40 am by Ben Pleysier | 3840 views | 20 replies

Ben Pleysier

The end of the week is nigh.

Please do not think that I blame WebAssist for this. In the past I have been part of the testing team for beta versions of Dreamweaver. No matter what we say, the DW Team seem to be set on driving their own agenda. I think that it was Adobe's task to ensure that extensions from third parties work with newer versions of Dreamweaver. At least they should be working closely with the third parties. After all, that is what makes DW great especially after what they have done with the likes of ADDT and server behaviours.

WebAssist, you are still the one!

For those that need to continue working on their projects, if you use the Creative Cloud desktop app, you can download one of the previous versions. See the attachment.
