javascript errors unexpected behaviors.

while executing onResize ....refreshUI is not defined......
I get three errors after installing mysqli server behaviors. (screen caps attached).

Do I still need to have the Deprecated Panel Support extension enabled? When I turn it off my server behaviors don't work and my database palette has nothing in it so I assume I still need it. (Dreamweaver CC)

In the define recordset it won't let me put in the recordset name until ALL the other information has been filled in, then I can name the record set.

I get other multiple javascript errors. They are also attached.
I need some help here.
