Code Mistake

Good Morning

I have an update form which seems to be working correctly.

However when I look at the code it seems that a field is incorrect.

1 The first field New or Used
Code:
<input id="NeworUsed" name="NeworUsed" type="text" value="<?php echo((isset($_GET["invalid"])?ValidatedField("generalupdate","NeworUsed"):"".$row_WADAboats["NeworUsed"]."")); ?>" class="formTextfield_Medium" tabindex="6">
======
2 The second field Category
Code:
<input name="NeworUsed" type="text" class="formTextfield_Large" id="NeworUsed" tabindex="6" value="<?php echo $row_WADAboats['Category1']; ?>">
======
3 This second field should initially show the category which it does, but should enable updating from the entry of the sample list below if needed.
======
Code:
<select name="Category" id="Category">
<option value="">See a Sample Category</option>
<?php
do {
?>
<option value="<?php echo $row_rsCat['Category']?>"><?php echo $row_rsCat['Category']?></option>
<?php
} while ($row_rsCat = mysql_fetch_assoc($rsCat));
$rows = mysql_num_rows($rsCat);
if($rows > 0) {
mysql_data_seek($rsCat, 0);
$row_rsCat = mysql_fetch_assoc($rsCat);
}
?>
</select>
======

Could you please suggest how to amend
2 The second field Category

I am attaching a zipped file

Many thanks

John
