Too many items removed from cart on update in PS4

On the editable cart page in my client's PS4 installation, if I check the "Remove" box or set the quantity to "0" and click "Update Cart", the checked item is removed, but the item immediately below is removed, too. For example, if there are 5 items in the cart and I check the "Remove" checkbox the 3rd item in the list and click "Update Cart", the 3rd and 4th items are both removed and the 1st, 2nd, and 5th items are left in the cart. It does not matter what quantity any of the items is. I am not using the browser "Back" or "Forward" buttons.
