Database settings do not load

Any activity requiring a connection to a database doesn't load my database settings.
An example being:
Select Security Assist / Create Security Pages.
In Databsse Settings I select Define.
I select my database.
I select Edit.
I select Test - "Connection was made successfully returned."
I select OK.
I select Done
Result: The database Settings tab is not populated.

The database connection is valid and works with all other Dream Weaver functionality
I am using DW CS6
I have uninstalled and reinstalled all Web Assist extensions and DW.
I have deleted the mac cache file-Still not working.
This seems to be a Web Assist software bug preventing me from using this expensive software.
