PHP developer needed to complete our ecommerce site

Need PHP website programmer to assist in completing our ecommerce site. We have a few more tweaks to do on the site that need some expertise more than I have or have the time to look up and learn. I'm using eCart, SecureAssist, DataAssist, Cookies, UniveralEmail, PHP, PayPal Direct Payment, MYSQL. The areas still in need of tweaking are...

1. Want to interpret PayPal error messages coming back after confirm page and, 1. return to the confirm page with all data entered by the customer still on the acreen and 2. highlight the confirm page fields in error in red so they know what to change.

2. Creating a Dreamweaver template so that global changes to the site are easily done (I already created a template that I used for the checkout pages but need one for the rest of the pages).

3. Intergrate a Wordpress blog into the blog page.

4. Add additional fields from the confirm page to the orders and orderdetails tables.
