Using eCart 6 07 Cannot get Australian Post Shipping to Display.

Hi I have tried rebuilding the cart and reproducing the various checkout pages several times without any success. I still cannot get the shipping to display as part of the cart totals. On placing a FullResponse, FullRequest and ErrorDescription on the confirm_cart.php page I note that the correct amount is returned and there is no error message.

Secondary to this problem I also not that when attempting to process the payment via eWay I am redirected to the page https://www.eway.com.au/gateway/payment.asp which just freezes and does not display any content.

I have attached my various files for your reference.
