Fixed

Ok, I uninstalled and reinstalled and the Submit option showed up under "insert" in Dreamweaver CS4. I do have to say, when you uninstall Surveyor, it is an UGLY UGLY Uninstall. When I restarted my Dreamweaver, I thought my entire Dreamweaver was going to crash because I received no less then 10 error message resulting from the uninstall of Surveyor extension. Once I closed all those errors. I opened Manage Extensions again and ran the install again. This time it worked and added submit sitmap back into my option and of course when I closed and opened Dreamweaver the flurry of error message were now gone.
I guess they need to hire a new uninstall developer for their tool or some new software development management. Can't believe they rolled it out with such dirty code on the uninstall. Also, if you run it once, you must close Dreamweaver and open it again to make the Surveyor tool run again. That's seems really stupid, run once, then close the host application, then open host application and re-run 3rd party extension.
ALSO, I have noticed when it generates the sitemap, it fails to grab stylesheet information and put it in the the sitmap it builds, which I have now discovered, makes some nasty error messages when you use Surveyor to submit to Yahoo.
I wonder if anyone tested this software before they released it. LOL
