CS5.5 vs CS6 vs CC Revisited

I know this has been asked before but the posts are dated and things have changed since.

So, I'd like a poll of preferences of what you prefer (anybody reading this) and use and if you have any reasons why you don't use another version.

I am trying to decide before I embark on two very large database driven sites whether I should upgrade from CS5.5 or not.

Now that MySQLi is here and WA is rolling out it's new server behaviors for it is upgrading to CS6 or CC the best option now?

I know Jason you've mentioned in the past liking the usability of 5.5 better. I did too and that's why I stayed. Has CS6 or CC gotten better?

I'll be visiting the webinar and will probably get this answered there but in case it wasn't wanted to get forum feedback.

PS...most reviews that I have read that are positive towards CC are from novice or new users that don't do any database driven sites. Most negative reviews are from longtime DW users like myself that do a lot of database development although some of these reviews are 6 months to a year or more old. Has this changed?
