Dataassist help regarding displaying PDF files.

1- I have a registration page where a user registers & then all his details are shown in home page.
2- I have created a page where admin can upload pdf files into a folder & this is stored in data base (its linked with userid of user to whom it is needed).
entries are: userid (to whom it is) , fileid( pdf file) , & filename ( name of pdf file) thats all.

now- i want to show these data for those users which the admin had uploaded for that particular user. I hope you are getting my point.

Please tell me how can this be done.

Ex:
Lets says admin uploads file named: 123.pdf & 234.pdf for user name: XYZ

So when XYZ logins, all files linked to his id must be shown. With PDF name & file to view or download.

I hope you can help me out with it.

I have created two different database: 1st is PCMS2_USER(all details about user when he registers) & 2nd is PCMS2_USERFILES (which has userid linking to that of user, fileid, & filename) thats all.

Regards
