How can I still create an orders history and details page even though the confirm page is bypassed?

You say

I know that my (pp_confirm.php) page contains the (WA eCart Store Cart Summary in Db) code which appears to display my orders table',

I do not see this server behavior on my pp_confirm.php page or any other confirm pages.

So I'm a bit confused by your question.

If you don't have the server behavior on your page, you can add it by going to server behaviors->Add->Ecart->Database Manipulation->Add Cart Details (or Summary) to the database
