Can't activate Site Import extension
Hi, guys. I went through the WA forums, my support dept., etc., but I haven't been able to figure out what's wrong. You're my last hope. I reset all my activations. We have a proxy at work, but it's set up correctly, but for some reason, it can't connect. First, it states "Internet connection detected," then, "serial number verified," but when I press enter, it states "unable to connect to server" in red. My netadmin said the proxy is setup correctly that it may be a problem with your server. Hence, my email. Could you look into this? Let me know what info. you need from me.
