CSS menu writer is causing my pages to not load and now show the menu

CSS menu writer is causing my pages to not load and now show the menu

I am using CSS Menu Writer in DW CC. When I add a menu, the page no longer loads browser, it cuts off just before code calling menu is invoked

The screenshots below are of the page in the browser, showing no menu info and cutting off the content and footer. And the page as it shows in DW CC, complete with menu, content and footer areas.
