Adding CMS to Existing pages/templates, no SEO option?

what about menus and new pages?

Jason, like I pointed out, she added the CMS area inside an editable region, but if you add it to an area that is not editable, does that mean a user can edit the content in that area? That is contrary to they way templates work and if you update the template, that change would be erased.

Another question, if you use templates or build PCMS from scratch, what happens when you add new pages? Are they automatically added to the menu system? If only if you build from scratch, I read that CSS Menus are not really responsive... This creates a problem. If it doesn't add the pages to the menu system at all, then the CMS is not very useful at all. And if it PCMS will create the menu dynamically, does it only work with CSS Menus?
