Why isn't my regular expression pattern working on the form validation?

I tested your page and entered a valid telephone number and the email sent.

I am not able to reproduce a problem it appears to be working for me.

one thing I notice in looking at the code on the page is that the code is double spaced, this can cause PHP errors on the page.
