Fixed...

I searched further on the forums here and found that by deleting the WinCache file it resolved the problem.

Thanks -- Jim

I uninstalled CSS Sculptor 2.0.5 (or whatever is the last version before 3.0) and installed 3.0.

I open DW CS4, then attempt to create a new CSS Sculptor page (FILE --> New CSS Sculptor Page...) and receive the following DREAMWEAVER error:
------------------------
While executing onLoad in wacs_quickinsert, the following JavaScript error(s) occured:

At line 145 of file: "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS4\Configuration\Commands\wacs_quickinsert.js":
hasAutoSave is not defined

Any help?
