Sell time limited property listing on eCart

I want to create a site that allows real estate agents to advertise their property listing by paying a listing fee. This is how it works. Agent fills a form with the property details. He chooses X number of days to list his property on my site. In order for the ad to be published, he has to pay me a fee calculated as X days multiplied by $Y. This amount will be passed to PayPal for processing. Upon a successful payment, his ad will be published. Meaning, there must be a means to receive the payment status from PayPal in order to change the publish status from unpublish to publish. Can this be done with eCart6?
