Had Premium Support Ticket to Add Dynamic Menus - works on Super Admin, but Templates don't work on admin

Hello, Ray worked with me on a Premiere Support Ticket to make the Template Pages in Power CMS connected to the sub-menus of the website. It works great with my Super Admin, but my client tried it with his regular PowerCMS login and none of the template pages work for him (he can click the green +, create a page, but the page doesn't appear in PowerCMS or on the site).

In doing the customization with Ray, did we knock out the template pages for a lower admin?
