pass antire form with a cookie - not working.. help!

I'm trying too save a form veribles inside of a cookie and reload the veribles to the same page, but it just not working..
I even builed a new site just to isolate the problem, and to make sure that there isn't any other codes that can make the problem, but the problem remains.
I did many complicated stuff with webassist products and everything woked fine, I really think that there is some kind of a problem with the program, i did it before and its very easy, so whats wrong now?
I tryed to uninstall and reinsrall the extantion but it still not working...
help please!

thanks
Shachar
