Could the CSS Sculptor cause data entries to be displayed wrong?

Hi Ray,

the meta tag on the page that works (created from a Dreamweaver template) goes like this:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1" />

The meta tag on the page created by the CSS Sculptor reads:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />

I am not familiar with charsets, but maybe this is a flaw with CSS Sculptor. I would think it should create a page with charset that displays foreign languages as well.
