Dynamic Dropdowns in an update multiple records form

I created a form to update multiple records with dynamic drop downs. Under a product there is a link that says "Update Options" things like color and size. When you click it the form opens and the name of the product is in the first column, the option group (Size, Color) is listed pulled from the data base the third column is the drop down that is dynamically filled from the group,(Red, Green, Small, Large) the fourth column is the price increment and this is a text space that fills in perfect . This all works but when the form loads, the drop downs are just the ones at the top of each list. I would like to have it show the actual values and still have the list. Is this possible?
