Hello
Having a problem displaying apostrophes

I upload a csv file thru phpmyadmin
when I browse the table using phpmyadmin the field value is displayed correctly (Boar’s Head)

Table: InnoDB
Table Collation: utf8general_ci
Field Collation: latin_swedish_ci

In web assist search results ‘ appears a solid diamond symbol with question mark inside it

How do I get the apostrophe to appear?
