Design Extender Activation

I just bought Design Extender. Each time I attempt to use it I am asked to enter the Product Key. The first time I entered the product key in I was informed that I have reached the maximum number of activations. So, I cleared all of my activations, checked and saw that I have used 0 of 2 available activations, entered the product key in again, and again got the notice that I have exceeded # of activations. The only problem is, the damn thing hasn't been activated once and your site shows that I've activated it twice.

Please help.
