Cms and Ckeditor upgrade - to work in iPad

When I try to edit content in my admin site, ckeditor disappears in iPad. Ckeditor is 3.5.2 and I can´t figure out how to upgrade it (I also went to ckeditor.com web site but could´t make it work)?
