Creating a Blog system with social share buttons to each post

I was wondering if there was a way of creating a blogging system that on the initial blogging page is made up of blog post summaries and under each blog entry summary there are Facebook share/twitter share buttons that correspond to each blog post individually...So the Facebook share/twitter share will only share that particularly blog post summary rather than the whole entire page? The only way i can think of is to somehow use iframe to display each blog post summary. But that's as far as i got with my thinking...

Any thoughts or ideas?

or is the only way is to have the Facebook share/twitter share buttons on the actual blog post full page. So that in order for the user to share any of the blogs they would have to select which blog they want to share, then click on the link to take them to the full blog page for that entry?

Regards

Chris
