No Guest Registration workflow

I have a person who does event planning and wants a system in which he creates a username and login (no registration by guests, must be admin setup) that he gives the client. Once they login they have 4 options:

Manage Profile / View itinerary / Request Catering / Request Information

Profile is to update personal information, the itinerary will just be multiple text line items such as location, times, peoples name and contact info, the catering will be an area where the client can ask for specific items to be included and the request information will be for future events they want pricing on.

It's been a bit since I used databridge, could you point me to some tutorials or a work flow? Thanks
